During his career he helped transform sales and operations from worst to first, developing top performers, future leaders and winning results along the way – developing the right people, providing them with the necessary resources, training and coaching them to work the right way, focusing on efficacy and efficiency and creating a diverse, positive, accountable, rewarding work culture.

He is a driven, results-oriented leader with a track record of consistent success in increasing top and bottom-line revenues, improving organizational efficiency, creating positive workplace culture, and building diverse, high-performing teams in both operations and sales environments.

Bill has worked at non-profits and for-profit companies where he has demonstrated success at every level working his way up from Operations Manager to the Regional Sales Director for the Southeastern US before leaving to start his own business helping others obtain success in pursuing their dreams.
