Bill Turner was my Regional Sales Director during my final two years of my career with Cintas from 2018 – 2020.  I was with Cintas for a total of 8 years and in those final two years under Bill’s leadership, I produced my highest sales numbers and made the most money in my career.  Bill brought a great balance of support and motivation, while allowing me to be my own person and do what worked best for me.  I have had many bosses throughout my career and Bill is easily at the top of that list.  One of the things I appreciated most about Bill was that he was never afraid to jump in the trenches with me when the going got tough.  He always went to bat for me and never hesitated to roll his sleeves up and get his hands dirty with me when I needed help with some of less glamorous aspects of the job.  I truly respect people who care for other people and show it in their actions.  Bill is a leader full of integrity, and an all-around great guy.  I would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for the right partner in their corner.
